Finding a good adult DVD rental service isn’t easy, that’s a fact. For mainstream movie releases, you have your Blockbuster’s and Netflix’s, but for adult releases, there are a lot of competitors with widely varying levels of customer service, inventory, professionalism, and delivery rates.

After wading through three services to find one that finally met my needs, I decided to start this site. Since that time, I’ve used every service listed here extensively, testing things like:

  • Inventory
  • New release availability
  • Shipping times
  • Turnaround times
  • Customer service
  • Billing practice
  • Web site usability

I was often shocked by what I found, but it led me to the conclusion (or prediction) that many of the competitors currently in operation will be forced to raise their level of service or will fold within two to three years. For renters, that means that there are some clear leaders in the industry, even if the basic stats from service to service are similar. It also means that we should expect and demand high levels of service from the provider we choose.

For each review, I’ve attempted to be as objective as possible, while listing my overall rating for each service. In the comments section, you’ll find actual customer reviews of the service. That leaves us with two overall ratings: an editorial rating, and a user rating. It’s my hope that you can use these to find a good service for you.
