URentDVD earns top marks in most every aspect that is worthy of consideration. They are a reputable, reliable service with an easy-to-use web site. As part of your monthly membership, you also get free access to video on demand, live cams, and iPod and PSP support. URent is also the least expensive rental plan available.
Service Overview

Billing Name: Your credit card statement will read “Empire Images Distributing” only.
Shipping Envelopes: Discreet, plain white DVD envelopes.
Pros:

Site Usability
Can browse titles by studio, director, or genre. Handy actress and actor pages allow you to view overall ratings for adult stars. Star ratings and reviews for movies are also available.
A particularly handy rating feature is one that is similar to IMDB, and that’s the rating dashboard. You can see a summary of reviews in dashboard format, so that you can easily see why a movie is rated a certain way. Like Amazon, the top reviews are considered top because other users voted them helpful. These kinds of community management features make their site very user friendly.

Excellent service. Their customer service isn’t as good as SugarDVD, but their service is the least expensive, they have very customer-friendly policies, and the web site is second to none.

Been a member for 2 years, URent is 100% the best of all adult rentals. I’ve tried them all and it blows away the rest

I joined this service recently under the free trial…so far so good! quicker shipping then i ever got from the others…without a doubt

This site rocks! I have been a member for a year and they give you free stuff. Shipping to Denver is generally 2 days and the customer service answers the phone unlike many other companies.

The worst of any adult rental service except Intelliflix.
Selection = Average
Defective discs sent = High
Shipping times = Below Average (would be average but they tend not to ship within several days of the end of your billing period)
Price = Average/Slightly Better than Average
Also, they have a program where they supposedly give you a free DVD (to keep) for every three months of membership; however, you only get it the day you are billed for your fourth month. I cancelled after three.

I’ve been a member at URentDVDs for a year or so and have found the service to be absolutely impeccable. The customer service is outstanding and there is virtually no turnaround time when DVDs are sent back. On one occasion when there was a shipping delay I called the customer service department and they adjusted my account and sent the next title in my rental queue the very next day!

I have used all most all the Dvd rental sites and there are better ones out there than URent. URent did have the best prices, but I would suggest spending the extra $2-3 on one of the other services. I live in central Illinois and it would take 8-12 days for them to get dvd I sent back. Selection is good and you can request dvds they do not have.
